City Bank Credit Card
Was billed for an account that I did not have nor contract I did not sign

I had a Citi Bank Credit card payed it off and wrote them a letter stating that I wished to close this account. I chopped up the cards and forgot about it. Sometime passed and then one day I get a bill from Citi Bank stating that I have an account from AOL and they charged twenty five and changed to my credit card. Even though that new and told me that the card was closed they took it upon themselves to "save my credit" and paid the bill. I went through hell to dispute this account and it, after sometime, reached AOL. AOL did issue a cridit but in the mean time I had to pay this account. Time passes again and Citi Bank issues me a credit for the 25 and change. I write Citi and asked them to send me a check for the money that I had paid. (in writing) To date I have not received any money nor any correspondance at all.
