Fraud, arrogant, argumentative, ignorant, Can't add, Liars ripoff

My Mortgage was sold to HomeEq this year. I ran into a financial hardship & missed a payment in July. I immediately called to make arrangements to correct the problem. I was fooled in to believing I was making a payment and a half of the morguage only (not the escrow), in August & Sept.

Well Now I have learned otherwise. Since I missed a second payment in october due to an unexpected draft from my checking account. I immediately called I had 1/2 of the payment but Home EQ refused to take half a payment. When I started to get suspicious when the letter came through that I was 2 months behind. I didn't understand.

As of today (Nov 4) I got a loan to pay up the 2 months. Home eq gets more nasty when I offer only 2 months payment, Now they want november's as well. I try to work with Cheyene by offering to pay an additional $ 100.00 a month till the account is current, all she did was get aggrevated & irratable to me.

I'm trying to get information as to how I got 2-3 months behind when I though I was all caught up by september. Not only was Cheyene NOT helpful She kept trying to tell me that the only way I could payup my past due was with a whole payment. NO PARTIAL PAYMENT.

I've never dealt with any lender that wouldn't take partial payments to catch up a past due. I'm so fed up & disgusted with lenders, I'm ready to just move & let the fore close.
