NSA Threatening bill for books not purchased, owned Ripoff

I am a caregiver for my older brother who is in an assisted living facility.
He was shipped a book which he did not order. He had it returned unopened.
He received a threatening letter from North Shore Agency, Inc., directing him to send them $29.91.
They gave a phone number (516-370-9480 EXT-11411) but a following up bill gave a different phone number. Attempts to call them resulted in being put on hold. Since that one was an 800 number (800-745-2935) I sat on hold on Friday, Nov 17 from 11AM thru 1:15PM.
At 12:45 I even sent them a FAX to 516-370-6525 urging them in LARGE font to answer their phone.
My brother does not have the book, I will not pay for it and if they keep bothering me I will register them with the New Hampshire Attorney General, Consumer Protection Div.
