No matter what attempts I have made over the past year, Bottom Line Books and North Shore Agency (collection) continue to harass me with collection effort for a book that was allegedly sent to me by Bottom Line Books.
I don't owe for any book. I did not order any book. I have written to each agency 5 times each and they just continue to bill me. I have attempted to call them and it is just one big collection attempt.
There is no one to talk with, only answering machines and being forwarded around and then they hang up on you.
My credit is excellent and I don't want some book on Diabetes that I never received to wreck my credit.
These people are impossible to deal with!!
