Froze my Social Security checking account Clearwtaer florida

Did You know that according to law, Section 207 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 407) (it supposedly) protects Social Security benefits from assignment, levy, or garnishment. Social Security benefits CAN NOT be garnished to pay a debt. However, the law provides five exceptions: Unless judgment is for child or spousal support, NO garnishment is allowed against unemployment insurance, workers' compensation awards, relocation benefits or DISABILITY or health insurance benefits.

In my case, it is SS Disability direct deposit because I can no longer work, that was frozen.
It is quite clear that the only deposits to my acct is a direct deposit from Social Security Disability.

Yet BOA says they received the paperwork from a collection agency, supposedly signed by a judge, so they froze my acct and kept the money in there to pay their garnishment fees. Then the rest is to be forwarded to the attorneys. (I dont know, I havent seen any paperwork yet.)

IT is against the law for anyone, lawyers, banks, or bill collectors to freeze an account that is funded by SOCIAL SECURITY DEPOSITS.

So here I am, NO family or turn to, NO money to hire a lawyer to get these statues enacted on my behalf. Much less do I have any money for bills, food or rent, NOR any friends that could take me in.

So untill they get their 4500.00 (not even the real debt amount) I get to be homeless with the other poor unfortunate people who are. I am so tired of fighting the system to get my disability, to get partial medicare, to get a whole 33.00 in food stamps every month... I wonder if I should send my food stamps also to the attorneys. I imagine they would take them. I guess now for 8 months. That is how long it will take to pay back. I get to do nothing but sleep on a bench.

When I talked to the Lawyers office,
all they do is swear at me, yell they will have their money no matter what, etc. They are supposedly doing business as lawyers, have staionary letterhead on letters and envelopes I have received that say they are attorneys at law, their phone is answered you have reached the law offices of...
Yet their website is collections only, and that is all they do. I searched them on the internet... They have been sued and reprimanded many times over for what they have to others as well as my account.

Guess they are so rich (palm beach area) they dont care about paying all their costs incurred due to them taking other peoples money.
