Ripoff loan scam take money from people and promise them loans in return

This company seemed promising, they sent contracts, contacted me frequently. But after I sent them 1800 dollars that they asked for upfront for the loan they never called back, they disconnected their phone number and I never got the loan they promised me. They offered me a 30k debt consolidation loan but they wanted the 1800 dollar service fee up front through a Western Union trasaction to Tasarana Beswick in Brooklyn NY and and other individual. Then they fell off the face of the earth!
