Do not pay these people the up front payments, scam lenders, will not give you money back, liars, will back out on loan and take your money!

My wife and I were looking for a debt consolidation loan. We were contacted by a company called Findley Lending Group. They said after running my wifes credit that they could do a 20,000 dollar loan for us at 8.5% interest rate. But, that they required 4 months worth of payments up front as a security deposit on the loan because of credit issues. Well, my wife sent them the money, and they said we would have the 20,000 dollars in our account by 8 A.M. Well, the next day, of course the money was not there...

The representative said there was a discrepancy between the deposit amount they got and what the private lender wanted. He said if we sent another 1,800 dollars (like we did the first time) that we could get the loan, and that they would even give us another 5,000 dollars. Well, this through a flag to my wife, and she didn't do it. She demanded that he send our 1800 dollars back and refund it since they did not follow through on the loan agreement. He said it would take 10 days to process. We had an attorney look over the loan agreement and everything looked legit.

Don't mess around with these guys. Apparently, this is going on all around the country. I have read other reports from other people who have been frauded like this by people working under a different lender name. On their website it says they are affiliated with CITIGROUP. I don't think so. It is all a scam.

The guy wont return my calls, and I have filed reports with the state and federal authorities. Stay away from these crooks. If anyone knows how to get these guys please let me know. We need all the help we can get. Law Enforcement needs to get involved because this is happening nationwide. They have you send the moneygram to canada!
