I was going through computer trying to get financial help with a loan ms laura harris called me who is suppose to be a floor manager contacted me saying that i was approved for a 7,500 dollar loan than told me because my credit was low that i needed to secure my loan with a thousand and one hundred and sixty sixty dollar secure deposit and than was told two days later that i needed to come up with 13 hundred more dollars for the insurance on the loan than was told in three days that my loan didnt go through because it was timed out. Krystal wright who is a customer service rep. Told me that the loan was going to go through abid and they would contact me when some other loan outfit might pick up the loan than i asked for my money back was told i would recive it by sept. 5 and didnt recieve it gave them a benifit of a dout because of holiday also when i gave them the money they had me western union it to Donna randal they said she was a western union clerk
Havent recieved know calls or emails from them since I been trying to contact them to find out where my refund is This has affected me and my family
