Litton Loan - No Servicing - Underhanded Loan Practices Ripoff

Litton Loan acquired my account from Freemont in 2004 and it has been one long nightmare. It is impossible to deal with Litton Loan -you are not their customer but their servant. I have had forced insurance put on my account serveral times even when proof was provided. Extra payments/funds are put in Forebearance Suspense and not applied anywhere even though detailed instructions are given of where the extra funds are intended to go. It is nearly impossible to get a live person with constant hang ups when you try to contact them — you can forget E-mailing or regular mail you will just be put into an endless loop. They will not accept partial payments and will force you into default/foreclosure at every opportunity. I realize my loan is sub-prime with an ARM but they underhandedly try to abuse FDIC regulations in handling payments and rate increases. They have put foreclosure notes on my credit reports, receipted payments late and charged me a fee (even when they were sent with tracking verifying they were received on time).
