Ripoff, fraudulent attempted foreclosures, dishonest billing practices

Litton Loan has tried to steal my home on 4 occassions. Litton Loan Servicing bought my loan while I was in Chapter 13. They did not notify me they bought my loan for 6 months after. Litton loan then attempted to foreclose by holding checks for the months and mailing them back to me. That was was the 1st time.

The 2nd time Litton cashed my checks, attempted to foreclose, and then sent my money back to me.

The next time they cashed the checks again, and once my attorney returned the money through their attorney in Virginia Beach, VA, they retracted the foreclosure once again, and accepted the money, restarted the foreclosure again in 16 days.

This time they are attempting to foreclose again, and will not even say how far I am supposed to be behind in payments.
