Forced to buy a Membership I have been threaten Mafia Style!

In August I heard A Man from who I trusted all my life Tom Bosley from Happy days. He got my attention about making money and resaling goods from SMC Corp on my own and make profite... So I call them. They were very nice. The Sale representative ask me my name and Bank Account so I did The very next day the money was withdrawn from my account.

After a little research I realised that selling they product would't be that easy I had to get a licence to be able to legally Sale product and I decided to wait a little because I wasn;t ready for this kind of commitment.

So the very next day I call the representative but He was no where to be found. Funny it was so easy to sign up but canceling seems to be really hard.
They kept transferring me one person to another faking that they did not understand what i wanted and canceling would be a mistake.
So I told them That I have a medical condition where I can get to stress It could be dangerous for me!
So they listen finally I ask them to cancel my membership they say yes NO PROBLEM!!!

BUT 3 days later I receive a welcome Package from SMC to start the business I refused to accept the package send it back... Call them up. Again... Talk to a representative and AGAIN... Few hour and the phone. Beging me not to cancel... After few hours I talk to a supervisor assuring me that everything is CANCEL... For sure. So I'm so relax and delighted... Until 2 months Later where I receive a later from the collection department stating that my account is delinquante and I have to paid 479.40 dollars... What the hell! Is wrong with this company...

So i call them again... And this time they show me they real face i told them i cancel the account what"s going on!!! They saying to me your account is open! And you own the company money so the argument started i called you many timed and cancel and they told me do you have anything in writtingof course! I said no but i told them that the call should be recorded and they could uses them to comfirm my cancellation anyway you see where i"m going

Please anyone that have the same problem let"s join forces and stop those companies making money by ripping people off
let"s bring them to justice... Lawyers... Please contact me..
