Ripoff Lost my escrow then trying to foreclose

My loan was sold to wells fargo, who then paid my escrow to someone else"s account causing a negative 4,700 in my escrow account. They then upped my mortgage payment by 500.00 to make up there shortage, saying therewas nothing they could do about the mistake. Finall after 2 months they did admit to there error, but did not know how too correct it. I finally had to hire outside help for a fee of 500.00 who after 2 months finally got them working on it. During this time I got behind in my mortage due to a payment increase from 1,400 a month to over 2,000 a month.

Of course now we are dealing with Americas servicing company, "wells fargos bogus company", who are all idiots never the same person twice on the phone and never updates on there computer system, so you start from day one with each call. Finally got the escrow money back from the tax authority they paid by mistake, and was sent too wells who now did not know what to do with it? Anyway I could go on for hours with this story, bottom line is I"am forced to do a short sale on my home, or sign over thd deed, I had 5 buyers for the home, but do to american svs co, taken over 45 days to do the paperwork have lost all 5 buyers. I have seen all the complaints out here, heard of some by word of mouth here in Texas and other states, talked with HUD, HA, HA, FTC RESPA ETC, but what is needed is a lawyer or firm too take this on with about 12 of us in a class a lawsuit! Where are the lawyers with any guts?

Something must be done, I"am arranging media coverage, demonstrations etc, and can do the leg work for a lawyer. If anyone would like to team up, nlink.net or phone at, (ROR REDACTED PHONE NUMBER FOR SECURITY PURPOSES) All this posting is fine, but does not get anything done. For all those who are ok with wells & am svcs, consider yourself lucky, I did nothing but buy a home and now have to give it up.
