Wells fargo has put forced place ins. On us now 3 times. We have insurance and it is paid out of our escrow and immediately after Wells Fargo pays it they take more money out and pay for their own Hazardous ins. This time they took $1490.00 out of our escrow, last year it was 1215.00. Our escrow is negative and they keep raising our payment. We got behind in payments and now we are in foreclosure and they owe us more money than we owe them. Now, they have blocked me out online so the only printable proof of this is gone.

We are fighting this but the house will be gone before they reimburse us. We are also in bankruptcy so we can't even rent an apartment. How do I explain to a 6 yr. Old that we are going to be homeless? They have done this to us before and paid it back but we had to declare bankruptcy during that time because the payment arrangements they wanted us to agree to were to high because of the negative escrow and here we are again. This time we can't hold up foreclosure and sort it out, this time they will ultimately win.

I am beyond angry and heartbroken to lose our house. Never use Wells Fargo, they are criminals.
