Ripoff Fraudlent House taker Home wrecke

They bought our loan from Ameriquest who we never had any problems making our payments and then when sold off we started having problems, we were never notified that we were sold off until after the fact and then we ran into money problems, husbands income got cut along with others in NJ and they would not work anything out with us. We kept struggeling to catch up and we were always behind because of them adding interest, etc. They were not very nice to work with and then strung us along when we had a buyer to help us get out of our situation, the house got appraised for a lot lower than we owed on it and they still strung the buyer along that they were going to accept offer and at last minute they did not accept offer and they keep denying that the house was appraised at a lower price and we spoke to the appraiser ourselves.

They are vicious, vicious people that work there and have no compassion for people going through a hard time. Our marriage is on the rocks because of all this. I moved to North Carolina to start over and my husband is still dealing with them in NJ. We are hoping for a class action suit especially because one just got put against Ameriquest who are the ones who inflated our house value to give us a loan and now after doing work on our house, our house was not worth what we owed, go figure!!! Then they sold us off to HomEq - something fishy here!!! They say the mortgage company does not want your house that they will do all they can to work with you but not HomEq, they want your house and anyone else who has a loan with them. They need to be stopped!!! Rosalyn in the loss mitigation department is one of the worst liars there is, everytime the guy trying to buy our house sent her papers she said she did not receive them. They are all liars!!! They will get theirs!!! I hope an attorney will get in touch with those of us who have written in so we can get a class action suit against them.
