MayHomeq purchased a mortgage loan from The Money Store
June 11 Homeq transferred (Sold) mortgage to C-Bass
July Homeq advised they will no longer accept monthly payments

February12 Homeq Foreclosed on the mortgage loan.
February 15was purchased at the Sherrif's sale by Homeq for $62,300.
February 20 Homeq sent Predential Restate Agents to break in my residence and instructed them to clean out the house of my personal belongings. The gate padlock was cut and house was broken into.

Homeq has repeatly stted they no longer owned the loan and acknowledged it was sold in June

February 27, Sherriff's Office served eviction paper at the request of Homeq.

House was cleaned out and my personal items are in storage and by Homeq Fraudelent business transactions, I am homeless. Homeq representatives are helpless in explaining the actions their company excuted. I was only advised by the Eviction Attorney, CHarles Wyatts, to obtain legal representation.

I asked a simple question, How Can Homeq sell a mortgage loan owned by another company, Their answer, OH hOmeq they sells other loan companies property all the time and they themselves with turn over the monies collected to the rightful owners.

They created a situation where my residence is vacatant and I am not in good health to be exposed to such stress and mental anguish.

MY SUGGESTION< Find another company to Handle your life investment. Re-Finance ASAP. After my experience, I would wish a Class Action Suit against Homeq parents companies.
