Ipoff, holding money that does not belong to them

Being in the mortgage business myself i have never run into a company as terrible as Saxon Mortgage. They have the rudest customer services reps that I have ever had to dea with. I did not choose Saxon Mortgage Company, my loan was sold to them by another mortgage compnay. Right from the beginning month, on the 3rd day past the due date, they started to call me and i recieved a call from them everyday. Now I just recently refianced my home, they own me money for over paypent. Sure when i owed them money they called everyday, but now they owe me money, they say that they can hold it up for thirty days. I would not care if it was only a couple of hundred but they owe me over $2300. I have cotacted them several time and get the same response from the same unfriend reps. Even when you talk to a manager they too are rude and unhelpful. They will let you talk to any one hight then them on the pscking order. So if I can do my little part in helping someone else viod Saxon Mortgage service I will feel that I have done my part. So next time you purchse ar refi your home, make sure that you are not going to be sold to saxon mortgage services.
