Sallie Mae only sends monthly statements in email via PDF and surprise! They don't always get delivered. You know spam filters and all. So I missed a month. Yes, I could have paid without the statement, but I'm busy working working working. So I don't always think of those things. So I miss the month and the next month they start sending hate mail. They have already contacted the credit bureau - they said. If they want people to pay their bills they should make sure they get them; that means send them via the REAL mail - not email!
