Billing, calls, and emails... Sallie mae is awful - Sallie Mae

Iv been with sallie mae for 4 years, iv ALWAYS get my bills in the mail after the due date, iv had issues trying to bring all of my accounts current, i made a payment of $360 last month to bring all my accounts current, they failed to distribute the money properly and said i was passed due 60 days and turned it into the credit agency, now im trying to get them to fix THERE mistake... Overall i would not recommend them to anyone
