Ripoff takes money for guaranteed loan breech of contract

This company states they provide loans for people with less than perfect credit or bankruptcy. They then ask you for collaterol or a deposit. Then they ask you to western union the money to them and you will be approved for the loan and should receive it in 24-48 hrs.

I been waiting for a month for my refund from this company. No one including supervisors has answer my calls or emails or faxes. Now this week their phones are not working. I even contacte the bbb and they told me unless i have correct address they could not help me. This company has cause me hardache.

I even proven my signed document stating my deposit and loan agreement and still no one calls to resolve this error made on their part. Because of this i am falling behind.

I given this company my hard earn money if good faith and they took it, but now because they screwed up i can't even get a call back regarding my money I had given them. I am out of 800.00 and no one can help me. I truly believe this company is a fraud
