United Cash Loan Charged $90 over 5 times before telling us that we needed to call to pay off

Okay here is our problem with United Cash Loans.

My husband and I were low on money so we searched online for a loan. We got approved in a couple days, but never recieved the e-mail they needed to send with the user name and password. Finally, a week later we called and asked when the loan would be taken out of his account, and the person on the other line told me that it would be taken out every 2 weeks. Nothing about that we had to call to get them to pay off the $390 loan.

Well after like four or five times of charging $90 we added all them up and were way over $390. Then my husband called and had asked them why they had taken out over $625 dollars. They came back with you were suppost to call us when you wanted to pay off the balance. Then told him the $90's don't apply to his account and that he still owed another $260 dollars.

He then told them they will not be getting anymore money from his account and united cash loans told him that no matter what he was responsible for the money. The last 4 weeks there has been two more charges over $110 dollars. I need to know if anyone has there contract from them still and if in fact you need to call and pay off your balance?
