David Hernandez, 40%depteciation for repairs, which we did not get back once the house was repaired. We spent over $9000.00 out of our pocket and only recived $4000.00 back again, we were lowball on our money

FEB We had a pipe to bust in our condo, Due to my husband being under medical care at the Mayo Hospital, We were unable to follow up right away, However we did pay the condo to do the clean up. We had to have the place repaired our self.

No one met us from the insurance company. We could not live in the house due to water and mold. So for 31 days we stayed in near by hotels if possible. David Hernandez Depreciated the repairs 40% which we did not receive once the house was repaired.

Later we found there was water damage to the bathroom cabnit, also the kitchen floor titles were damaged. Many call were made, with no return calls. Later 10/9/06 He called to say there was no more money. We have had this policy seince 1994, and never file a claim.

Theft was $1800 we receiced a check for $359. These were a game boy of my grandson and 8to 10 games. Also picture of the damage to the house, And damage to pictures on the wall. (police report made. Peggy Auriene, Jennefer, Angla, Heather. I was told at different times all these people were dealing with the Additional living expeinice.

The four of us was out of our home for a period of 31 days, We worked every day to get our house back in order, Wespented Over $9000.00 and all we received back was $4449.00. My husband is a senior and we live on a fox income we dont have money we can simply give to Allstate Insurance.
