I was evicting tenant when I called allstate agent Kempton 610-494-4094 week of 9/15/11said I would inspect apt having problems getting in, cause water was getting inside apt, I had roof cleaned off, agent never sent inspector. Nov 1 I got inside and call Allstate agent again said there was water damage in house, he said i wasn't covered & never sent inspection agent to my house, yet Dec 31 my policy went up by $216.38. When i received my tax refund i got adjuster, contractor & mold persons 4/10 to find my insurance policy should have sent someone to my house & i had policy coverage, when adjuster contacted Allstate they went up on my policy on 5/16 by 453.11, still refusing to fix my house. I contacted ins commissioner of pa & they said to get lawyer, well if i had lawyer money i could fix my home. How i pay $60.00 higher mortgage. Was $820.00 to $880.00 and mold and water damage has home unlivable. I have 1 yr to settle this problem and I don't have time or money to solve this matter Iam disabled vet with limited funds, any help you can give would be appreciated. Fix. Thanks alex
