I would love to join your lawsuit. I have contacted the BBB and I also have contacted the car dealer here in Pueblo Colorado who agrees that they have also had complaints with this company however they are unable to help me. I feel that Traid has become to big for their pants. They have called me all hours even after I put in writting that I would like all communication done by mail because of the rude treatment that I recevied. This is what happen I was at work when the a man called me. I told him I had alread just spoke to someone not more than a day ago. He said to bad he just need a payment. I then told him that my payment wasn't due for a few more days and why are they calling me. He then started yelling at me. So I asked to speak to a supervision. Some girl came on the phone laughing telling me she needed a payment she then gave the phone back to the man who told me go ahead and yell when I told him I wasn't stupid and that I wish to speak to someone in charge. This never happen until I called back only to be told to make a payment. I then thought okey go on line send a letter, I did. Still the phone calls etc. Finally I spent the money to change my number now they call my family and friend demanding them to make my payments. Because I refuse to make payments on time or even having anything to do with them even when they send me letters Demanding payment of 336.83. Oh I might add I bought this car 3 years ago.
