Threatening voicemails implying surveillance of my family

Several times Asset Acceptance has called and left messages on my answering machine implying they are watching my house and my family. The debt was charged off a few years ago and I am not even sure as to whether it is mine or not as I am a victim of ID theft since 1996. One time when I actually talked to them, they were worse than barracudas. I am becoming paranoid as they are trying to intimidate me into thinking they are running a surveillance on me.
I am a disabled person with a bad heart, but no lawyer wants to touch it. They will not supply me with original documents with signature or anything. I am not even sure who it is for. I have reported them to the FTC and Indiana Attorney General, but have not gotten word back from either agency, yet. What can I do?
