We made our house payment in august and sent it to them and they than mailed us a bill saying we didn't pay them and that they might have lost the payment. I sent a copy of my check that I got back from the bank to them and now we got another house payment in the mail saying that we are 3 months behind on our payments and we have the proof that we are up to date.
I really don't want to lose our house and if I have to go to court it is going to cost us extra money that we don't have right now. I just don't know what else I can do. When I called them they told me over the phone that they must have lost the payment but they never got back to let me know anything until today when I got the house payment in the mail stating we owed them 3 months payment.
If you can help me I would really appreciate it.
