My situation is that i'm in foreclosure status unless i send more money to this company. Yes i did get behind on payments but i sent them a 1000. Oo dollars in august for two months and a half payment for august sept. 2002 i gave my sister another payment of 200.

Hundred in check to finish the rest of the payment. She is trying to buy my house. I have sent alot of payments before to this company to catch them up and could figure out why i was still behind with them to find out they are charging late payment fee's that are higher than should be to the point of a full house payment

If thats not good enough the proir bank equicredrit has a lean against my house for 5000. Dollars that i never got and there is zero balance owed from a keysavings federal bank that does not exist i have made long distance calls out the wazu to find this bank and the phone number does not exist the banks with same name have no idea who they are and i couldn't refinace my

Because of this and my sister can't by the house because of this plus all the money i paid to bring it up to date thats not there and the money she sent for payment when we decided to have her take over payment until we could locate the other bank to straighten it out. So now i will have to file bankrupsy in order to keep the house until i can straighten this out or my sister my son and neice will have no place to live. And i am going to lodge a law suit against them for this and the unknown charges of theirs.
