The company is a rip off

I am writting to let you know this company is the worse company to have a loan through. I am on a payment plan and have been for months and it has cost me more money then my house is worth and they also said that they had sent back a check to me and i said i never received it back and so i called the money order place and they said it was cashed by Ameriquest mortgage and the date they cashed it so i called them back and they said i would have to go and get a copy of it and send it to them and i told her that it was going to cost me $12.00 for their mistake. Nothing was never done with it because i knew it was a big mess and they didn't owe that back to me it was part of my payment so i didn't do nothing about it. They never have their stories staright and everytime you call there they have a different story. They are not even suppose to be calling me while i am on the payment plan and the other night i got 2 phones calls and the next day i got more and i told them that i was on the payment plan and they said there was nothing in the computor saying that and then i got a letter saying they are going to start forclosure on my house if these payments are not made by Dec 7.in the last months it has cost me over 7000.00 which i feel is a rip off they don't care about you as a person all they want to their money or your house.
