FAS - Foreclosure Assistance Solutions - Don't Trust they are nothing short of criminals ripoff

On 9/20/06 I contacted Foreclosure Assistance Specialists regarding pending foreclosure on my home. They were very aggressive told me the fee ($1,200) and asked me questions to find out if I would be approved. A man came back almost too quick and said yes they could help but I would need answer more questions. I answered their quetions. I was then told they would fax the papewrwork and could I get it back to them asap. At this point little warning signals are going off in my head.

Shortly after I received the fax Rodney called to ask if I received it. I said yes and he asked when I would get it back to them, I told him I wanted to investigate their company a bit and didn't know if I would be returning the paperwork. I just wasn't sure if I wanted to do business with them. He pretty much hung up on me.

I did some research and found quite a few people that were unhappy with FAS. At that point I was happy as I thought I had dodged a bullet as I didn't sign anything.

Well on Saturday 9/30/06 I went to get some money out of my account only to find that FAS has tried to take $1,200 from my account. I was livid.

The only thing that saved me was I only had $900 in the account when they tried to sweep it so, too bad for them. I immediately called the company but of course no one could help.

I am angry as I ended up with $96 worth of NSF fees due to them helping themselves to something they had no right to take as I did not sign anything with them, let alone talk to a soul from 9/20/06 to the date of 9/30/06.

These people are nothing short of petty criminals and I would hope their license to do business would be revoked.

The helpless people that end up calling this place are looking for help and solutions to the horrible problem of losing their home. FAS uses that desperation as their in. No doubt the person that thought up this racket will someday rot in hell. Karma.
