Brad Hutchinson ripoff

On November i had spoke to Brad Hutchinson @ Foreclosure Assistance Solution he had told me that if I wasn't satisfied with the reply through mediation I would rec'd my money back. He gladly took my credit card and charged me $1,200 in order for him to fax over an agreement. After everything was faxed back to him he told me he would call me back within 7-15 days in what they had agreed on through mediation. But never ever rec'd a phone call back from him or the company. I did call back numerous of times and all i got was his voicemail. I did try to call him off another number with a calling card and he answered the phone which of course i went off, and he was not trying to hear me and told me they do not do refunds. I EVEN TRIED TO DISBUTE THE CHARGE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY BUT THEREFORE THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T REVERSE IT DUE TO THE CONTRACT I HAD SIGNED.

This so called company is a joke no one would answer the phone and if they did you would have to call off a new number for them to answer! I hope this will never happen to anyone again. Someone needs to stop this, it is a crime!
