Fradulent Billing, Stole Money Twice Out Of My Account, Ripoff ripoff, theives, stole money from me, said i sighned up but i never did

I found out just recently that my checking account was overdrawn and that a company called usa credit took 149.99 out of it causing me to pay a ton of overdraft fees and late fees. It also bounced several of my checks. I looked back on my statement further and found out that this was the second time they had taken money out of my account. They already took 149.99 the month before.

Three days after my checks bounced and my account overdrafted in the mail box there was a creditcard from this company. So i called 1-800-262-4192. They asked for my name and number and called me back about ten minutes later. They had the nerve to tell me i had signed up for this online and proceeded to give me all of my information. They told me my name, ss#, d.O.B., address but when they told me my phone number it was not my home number, it was my cell number and i knew they were full of it. Simply because I never give this number to anyone except family for emergencies.

So now i am apparently stuck with the bill because they said i signed up for this card and i did not. The woman that called back was very rude and told me they would take me to court. From now on i am warning any of these people that call me i am taping for survence and learning purposes. And i will sue their fricken pants off. I have enough problems trying to pay the bills i have without these people trying to steel my money. I am going to file a police report tommorow morning, the women on the phone told me that if I filed a report to be sure to notify them so they know i did this, She then proceeded to tell me about identity theft. I said you should know about it because that is what you did to me, stole my identity.
