Significantly affecting credit

I'm a lawyer who presents a Karen Sealy that has for all weeks attempted to clear a Sears Do It Yourself debt charge up off Citicards evidently today carries that. Despite repeated characters and telephone calls equally from me and from her we've gotten no reaction.
