Credit Report Errors Persist for a Year Despite Disputes

I have been trying for 1 year to get this company to correct my credit report but they keep telling me it's right. We refinanced our house in january and they are reporting us 90 days late in 1/05 and now they are reporting us for june. What is with these people and the credit reporting agencies? All we can do is dispute the repost and nothing gets done about it. I have even went as far as to ask for the documents that select portfolio sent to the credit agencies. All I get told is we don't have any! Go figure and I still get no answers
