My name is Nancy, this report is to warn people that are out there looking to restablish there credit.
There's a crook out there by the name of barry abraham, who calls himself an agent for a-1 funding incorp. This is to be a landtrust funding. Were they are to be intrusted with renting or selling the grantee property for them. Well this is what happend to me and my husband. We sold our home in gainesville fla. And moved to orlando a 2 years ago. We signed a hand made contract with mr. Barry abraham on a house that we were to lease with option to by. Will to make a long story short, we payed our rent on time for the whole 1st year. We were going into our 2 year, so this made us eligable to buy the property.

Will we were to do closing on november 30,05 we had already given 9000.00 toward the property. Mr. Abrham stop the closing on november 16, o5. On top of that he tried to evict us and keep our 9000.00 dollars. We do have an attorney due to this matter.

As we all began to put two and two together. We found the orginal owners of the house. We were told that this house was to be sold 12 years ago. Which they was thinking that it was. How they found out that it was not sold is that they tried to purchse another home and found out that they still had a mortage onthis property.
And this is how we found out more about mr. Barry abraham.
He tried to tell this couple that they gave him their property.

Which as we are still going to court to fight for our home. We found out that mr. Abraham has done a lot of people like this in the pass. But we refuse to just give up and walk away. 9000.000 dollars is too much money to give to someone for nothing. Mr. Abraham falsefied papers. And we have all ythe proof we need we are just waiting to go to court. If there is anyone out there. That has had dealing with this man or this company. Or maybe you've lived at this property (ROR redacted address for security purposes) thank you there's alot more that i can tell you about this case. I just can't tell it all.
