Possible ripoff - did not receive pcket and no acknowledgement of phone calls or letter to them

On July 29 I sent T&B Agency money order for $28.95 to register and to receive instruction packet regarding FHA claimant forms. They were supposed to mail packet immediately. To date, eight weeks later, I still have not received anything from them in spite of many attemtps to reach them by phone. Ten days ago, I wreote them a letter and requested phone or e-mail acknowledgement - no answer. (Someone filed an almost identical complaint with you on 9/14). It would appear that T&B is in business to only collect advance fees from registrants. Since they initially contacted me by mail, I intend to notify Postal Inspectors to determine if T&B is perpetrating a mail fraud. Obviously, T&B knows that amount they collected is not sufficient for me to file in small claims or involve my attorney. My advise to others - do NOT send T&B any money.
