Is a ripoff that perpetrated ID Theft, generated a fraudulent account, & lied

Using my social security number, First Premier Bank generated a fraudulent account and listed it to an address thousands of miles away from where I live. They then generated some $1300 in fraudulent charges. They refuse to provide me with a copy of the "application" or with any account statements. They claimed the post office updated the address from the false address to where I have lived for over a decade, but refuse to provide the post office information either. They falsely informed me that they had verified with me my telephone number in the course of the same conversation and when I called the obvious lie, they refused to provide me with the tape of the conversation. They were consistently rude and refused to ever return calls or respond within a month of being notified of criminal activity. They have also ignored the letter from the South Dakota Department of Commerce and Regulation (referral from the Attorney General). DanBoston, Massachusetts
