Ripoff

This company stole everything from us.
They took everything away, and we have nothing now. I refinanced my home loan through them, and it not only ended up costing me money, but it cost me my home and my credit. We are know renting, and trying to find some way to be able to buy a home.

This process started in and ended in 2005 with the foreclosure of my home, where a third party ended up buying my home in a short sale for 169,000.
When I went to refinance my home, I went through a mortgage broker, and I had a credit score of over 800, I had good credit, and would have no problem getting a home loan through anyone. He dupped me into going through ameriquest. He told me my score was low, and now I was considered a high risk, so ameriquest was my only option, I felt backed into a corner and like an idiot, signed the papers. They over inflated the value of my home, and I ended up losing my home.

I need help, I ned to know where to go to get involved in this lawsuit, because these people should pay for the suffering they have caused, I have lost my home, and pretty close to everything else due to these people.

I have often doubted lawsuits where pain and suffering were rewarded, but I can honsetly say now experiencing it first hand, I agree, and those guilty should pay.

I would love to talk to others in Colorado who have been dupped by Ameriquest, and can offer help of where I need to go in order to be a part of the lawsuit.
