Cash Call
Ripoff Harrassing phone calls Will not listen to me but only to degrade me on the phone

I was 3 days past the due due date on my loan. That's when I started getting up to 10 calls a day from them. I would tell one of the callers that I would be making a payment (Double) next month due to lack of funds. I thought that they would note it in there computer and just leave it at that. I have, as we all I believe, have had a reason to be behind on a payment. None of my credit card companies or other loans have even bothered me even being a month late. I have made good on my payments and never received a call. These companies I consider are working in a professional manner.

Cash call will not let up. They have me so strung out that I actually had to cancel my phone service. I even sent them a letter certified with return receipt telling them to stop with all the calls to me and my friends. It got so out of hand. They recently contacted a friend on mine business that I didn't even put down as a reference. That was the last straw.

I called them and got this woman who kept saying "honey" and "sweetheart: to me in an unprofessional manner.
"Listen Sweetheart..." "O.K. Honey..."
She was angry because I wouldn't back down to her.

Anyway they said they never received a letter from me or else it would be posted. They had me fax a copy of the returned receipt showing that it was signed. They told me no one of that name works there. At this point I was beyond any hope with them. If it, and I'm sure it will, puts a mark on my credit report I don't care at this time. I am so numb with dealing with such a company as Cash Call that I can only hope they get run out of business. I just can't deal with them anymore.
