Cash Call
Harrasmant calls, Rip Off, High Interst Rate payments only toward interest 99.6%

I applied for a loan with cash call in February. I was apporoved over the phone faxed in the necessary documents etc, never was told amount of interest on loan and payment plan. Rec'd flyer from CASH CALL!!! In regards to my first intial premium. Which was for 159.47 i was shocked to see the none of this first payment was actually applied to my loan. I was told my monthly payment there after would be 216.55. After first payment was made. I did not recieve any notices about was my payoff amount would be or information. Checked website www.cashcall.com saw after first two payments I actually owed more than was deposited into my checking account. The monthly payment is the interest amount accrued monthly for this loan. When I called to inquire about this arrangment, I was told very rudely that I signed the agreement and there is nothing I can do about it. Mentioned i can pay off early but will be charged interest amount everymonth. Only about 8 0r 11 dollars is applied to actual loan.in August I decided to see about trying to consolidate this date from another company for debt relief. When I did this I was advised to call into Cash call to remove the automatic withdrawl from this account. As payments would be handled through them once proposal was signed and accounted for. Two days after I removed the automatic withdrawl, I recieved a email advising of my due date, also calls from C. S reps advising of next month payment. Advise them payment was being handled through a consolidation company. They started cussing at me calling me stupid saying they would not accept payments from them, and for me to send in payment right away or they will mark my credit report saying I refuse to pay. I have not yet become deliquent in anyway and was threatned not only on my phone. But after the First of the month by my work number. The proposal and payment was delayed by the holiday on 9/3, but that did not stop cash call from calling my work threating to take action if I did not pay right away. I mentiond the 99.6 interest rate and they said it's is 100% legal and I was a fool for signing up in the first place. I asked for associate name he said it was alfred kennedy I called back to complain they said he was out to lunch and would return my call. I then asked for a manager and got the same answer. To this day I still have not gotten a call to complain about the harrasmant rec'd. Cash call is a rip off I hope they get what's coming to them
