We have been dealing with Cash Call for over 2 yrs we had a 2600.00 loan we have paid over 5,000.00 we recently decided this was just bringing us more in debt to sign up for care one credit counseling which is helping alot. Cash call they call 15 sometimes 34 times a day I get e mails they have called family members all day, friends all day, co workers all day. They hold the payments through care one they dont credit the account but they cash the check. The one guy that calls says he is from corprate his name is Todd Mintz he has been rude to the point we dont answer our phone anymore we save the voice mails they are going to start taking legal action. They get a payment regardless we have saved every e mail every phone call every letter. It is to the point were we dont know what to do with these people anymore. Their interest on us is 98.8% they tell you after you signed a contract so your screwed either way.
