Ripoff, charged me over $1,000.00 in NSF and overdraft fees, 28288-0376

This bank is an expert on making money of the average person, I had 18 atm transactions on my account and that night they pulled all of those funds away from all of those transaction in order to let this check post which resulted in my having over $1,100.00 in overdraft fees, then I had to request 5 stop payment's for other checks that still needed to post. They said they would waive those 5 fees, which took me calling in on 5 different times and leaving messages with 3 different supervisors, the cust/serv dept personal are very rude and uneducated.

I called and pleaded with them that I am a single mom with two small children and we do not have money to eat or for diapers and they said sorry, since my paycheck goes in electronically as soon as it post they took every bit of it, so I contacted a local branch mgr in north Arlington named George that I worked with for over 2 hrs and he said he may be able to refund me some fees for cust/satisfaction, then he said no I needed to call that same # I have been calling so I did and again
I spoke with rude people that are not willing to help.
