They do not provide a damn about their clients

I think it is incredulous that Wells Fargo Bank doesn’t appear to provide a darn about their clients. On the quantity of events, I've send emails for occasionally absurd solutions, or, their “Contact Us” POC, as directed on the site, simply to not obtain any solutions at-all which are possibly “canned” reactions that programs are read from by the brokers. Sadly, whenever you are having issues that isn’t on the programs or request a problem, they've to “choose” an answer anyhow, even when it's not “on point”.

More, I've created two characters for their Headquarters area, resolved towards the Workplace of the Leader, given that they don't have any customer support POC for published grievances or issues, or do they've An Excellent or Customer Support Supporter – Amazing! These letters both have now been unanswered and issues and my concerns continue to be not resolved.

This week, I delivered another mail message requesting an easy issue of a feasible error on my online bank record, simply to obtain a contact response requesting me to contact customer support for aid. Exactly what the heck is that this? If you FAIL to handle issues online why supply online support?

I find Wells Fargo Bank to become inexperienced and unabashed within their marketing once they discuss exceptional customer support.
