Awful customer service, Overcharged overdraft fees

I've had it with this specific lender! I have had a Lender of America take into account more than 2 decades and also have not had one issue, however my Wachovia consideration has already established about 15 within the same time period. Their customer support is terrible - unfavorable, not prepared to pay attention to you, and that I genuinely believe that they're securely been trained in "innovative chat" to grab cash from their particular clients. Then he visited his bank supervisor who informed him to inform me-she might contact me "WHILE SHE'D TIME". EXACTLY WHAT THE HELL??? Used to donot get a phone before end-of your day - she was totally rude in my experience and explained that she'd provide me a courtesy and renounce $53 value of costs - THE FEES THEY CHARGED ME ILLEGALLY ANYHOW...

The corporation is just a fraud and that I am ending all my records. I'm also which makes it a place to obtain the term out about Wachoviais questionable methods. Don't use wachovia for the bank.
