I was contacted by the PDM representative stating that they could help decrease my Interest rates on my Home Morgage, student loans, credit cards, and Automobile loan. After charging there fee to the credit card that I am secondary user of; they then tell me that they're not able to work with the student loans, morgage, or automobile loan. On the credit card, I am a secondary user; which they said they could not work with me; but when i can set a meeting up with the primary card holder (who doesn't want there services) then they can help. If not then I just wasted my money.
One representive (Gary Fernades stated that all I needed to do was send him a letter that I wasn't the primary card holder & my money would be refunded. I faxed him this letter on 10/23/07. Another representative named Mike called me back and stated that theres nothing they can do except have me set up a meeting with the primary card holder to lover the interested rate. When I explained to him she doesn't want that, he simply stated "well theres nothing more I can do until i talk to her" call me back when we can set up a meeting with her.
