Ripoff - Raping poor peoples credit

I am filled with such anger and rage because I truly believe that I have been violated. I am suffering from Credit Rape which should be a federal offense in this country.

As hard as it has been for me as a single parent to acquire and maintain good credit standing it was a traumatic Saturday;
when I received two letters in the mail from Merchants Credit Guide Company referencing a defaulted account listed as Jackson Wyckoff Emergency Phy.

I had never heard of either company before in my 41 years of living. Both letters were dated 8/21/06 with two different file numbers signed by KEN HEDGES.

I immediately called the number listed 888-249-1037 and remained on hold for approximately 30 mins.

Eventually I was prompted to leave a voice message and I did but have received no responce as of yet.

I would spend the next day in a heightened stressfull mode. First thing Monday morning I put pen to paper and completed a dispute letter which I have now mailed to: Merchants Credit Guide Company Executive Offices 223 W. Jackson Blvd, Chicago, Illinois 60606 signed, return receipt.

It is clear to me that it is my responsibility to fight to keep my name and credit standing accurate it is now all on my shoulders.

I intend to move every stone available to me to see that these vultures be stopped from committing what I call Credit Rape to us everyday, hard working people, who pay our bills on time and take care of our affairs always living within our means.

This type of vial act must be stopped for it is a violation of ones peace and can affect many aspects of ones life.

I encourage anyone that may know about this company and their track record to post a response. I am open to any additional help in this matter. Thanks for your time.
