Today received Merchants'Credit Guide request for me to pay a $768.88 for a discharged creditor, in A bankruptcy in Idaho back in 1992. Where are they getting this data from? And using it when it is SOL!
I am sending cease and decease letter and have filled a complaint with FTC. Pray that I don't get more letters from other creditors. They should be stopped!!! Now have to check credit report to see what they can do to it!
