Ripoff a $25.00 Check I sent a never sent me supplies promised to start a mailing service

I sent in a registration form and a money order for $25.00 on or about April 03, to register for materials to begin my home mailing service. On August 17 I had still not received my registration materials. So, I tried to contact them via 314-867-0639 and I received a phone company recording telling me the phone had been dis-connected. I then decided to ask my step-father to check out this company online. They are listed on your website. I would like to receive my $25.00 back, since it appears that this is a ripoff. Thank you.
