Inc. Ripoff requested initial payment of $159.00 to start a mailing program. The deposit to be returned after the fourth check - No literature received and no one answers the listed phone

Received a brochure in the mail giving deatils of mailing programs along with an order form. Along with the order a registeration fee was required, with a gauarantee that the deposit would be refunded with the fourth pay check.
Mailing Group4 required a a fee of $159 which called for mailing 350 catalouges at a time. For mailing 350 catalouges you would earn $3500 ie $10 per catalouge.
To start immediately if a money order is sent with the registeration then the material for mailing would be sent within three days of the company receiving the order.
The money order for $159 along with the application was sent by first class mail on April 24.

It is May 14, today 20 days have passed there is no news from the company. There is recorded message on the listed phone. You can not get any information. The company appears to be a total fraud and the whole transaction is a Rip Off.
