Ripoff a $25.00 Check I sent a never sent me supplies promised to start a mailing service

I sent in a registration form and a check for $25.00 on January 16, to register for materials to begin my home mailing service. My check cleared my bank 7 days later on January 23. On February 21, I had still not received my registration materials (which were supposed to arrive in 10 days). I wrote a letter explaining that I had not yet received and asked what is the status. On March 9, I had still not received. I called and left a voice mail. I also decided to check out this company online. They are listed on your website. I would like to receive my $25.00 back, since it appears that this is a ripoff. Thank you.
