Ripoff

Capital Financial Card is a rip off company. From what I understand they share an office with a nails shop. There website has not worked in weeks now. I sent certified mail to request a refund and they denied the postal certified mail return slip. When I requested a refund they refused.

This business needs to be closed and customers refunded their money.
