Ripoff

I received a post card saying I would be able to get 5,000.00 dollars in grant money from the government guaranteed. All I had to do was give them 299.97 and they could make this happen. If I did not get the 5,000.00 I would be given my money back. That is the only reason I agreed to this because they assured me that I could get my money back. I tried to cancel like four times but they always said I called to late. I had to call four business days before the day the money was to come out of my account. I was give an extection everytime I called.

So this time they gave me an extention for July 28th. I planted in my mind that I would called them on July 24th without fail to cancel once and for all. I got up on Monday July 24th and started calling about nine A.M. Everytime I dail the number it said that the number could not be called from my phone. How could that be when I had called it sever times before. I tried to find a web page on them to contact them that way, but I found this web page telling me that kensington was a ripoff company. I was livid and determined to stop them from getting my money. I did contact my bank to put a stop payment on the check, but it went through anyway because they said it was sent in as an electtronic debit. Now I started this thing way back in May. I have been trying every since then to cancel this, so I've called them in June and July and I got through without a problem. How is it that four days before they take the money I can't reach anyone by phone. They have block their number from my phone and I can't get through. This morning July 31 they debited my account for the money. I need to stop these people. What do I do? How do I get my money back?
